If you have read the Rainbow and the Annual Report we just sent out, you will know that our undergraduate numbers are as strong as they have been in almost two decades, grades remain at the top of the fraternity scale, and our number of chapters and colonies are as high as they have been in more than 10 years.  The investments the Fraternity has made in strong leadership classes, keeping a low number of chapters each chapter consultant has to cover, emphasis on alcohol abuse prevention and hazing, and improving chapter internal management have all paid dividends.  What is also positive is that the undergraduates and their parents are contributing to our Annual Fund in larger numbers each year.
