Kenneth A. File President
Kansas State - 1981 Ken File has been a high profile member of the Greek community for 25 years. A 1981 graduate of Kansas State, Ken also has an MBA from the University of Indianapolis. He has served as president of the Delta Tau Delta Educational Foundation since 1996. Since beginning work for the Foundation he has helped raise in cash and planned gifts for the Foundation and individual house corporations over $40 million dollars. Prior to his association with the Delt Foundation, Ken served as Executive Vice President for Delta Tau Delta Fraternity for six years where he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Fraternity, and for the previous eight years served in a variety of support staff positions within their International Headquarters. Ken’s ability to raise funds, his high ethical standards, and his willingness to share his knowledge with others in the Greek community won him the admiration of his peers who named him Foundation Professional of the year in September of 2003. He received the Fraternity’s highest honor in 2002 when he received the Distinguished Service Citation. In 2006 Ken was inducted into the Fraternity’s Badge of Honor Shrine naming him one of the 75 most significant Delts in the Fraternity’s 150 year history. Of the 75 Delts to receive this honor only 18 are living. Ken lives in Fishers, Indiana with his wife Sue and his three daughters Charlotte, Claire and Hannah
